s e clark Asked:
Why would this electrical head have water in it?We Replied:
Dear SIr / Madam Thank you for your question. A seal on the quartz or head unit might have developed a fault or the quartz has developed a chip or crack allowing water into the head. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan EvertonSunday 15th, May, 2016
My Fish Mate Electrical Head keeps filling with water and blowing the choke. There is no leak from the filter as I removed the head and dried it all off and kept an eye on it, the seal is fine. I think it is condensation as I have always had this problem. Is there any way round this?We Replied:
Dear John Thank you for your question. The main lid and quartz seals should stop this issue. Before anything else I would check whether the quartz glass has either a crack or a chip. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan EvertonFriday 24th, June, 2016
