Martin Anderson Asked:

For dull days, is there a mains lead conversion available for this product? Also what is the pump voltage from the solar source?

We Replied:

Dear Martin Thank you for your question. This fountain does not have a mains converter and can only be used as a solar feature unless the pump was replaced with a mains pump. The wattage of the pump is 3.5 and 4-12 volts. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. rani chandi Asked:

Why would my water feature be dry for a couple of hours and then not work?

We Replied:

Dear Rani Thank you for your question. It's difficult to diagnose the problem but the first thing to try is cleaning the impeller as there may be dry algae blocking chamber. If this doesn't work please get in touch again. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system.
