Delivery Period
Delivery will normally be made within 3 - 5 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Natural Stone & Unique Finish
The majority of products within this range are hand-crafted or machine crafted/drilled from natural stone. Being made from a natural material, each piece ends up being unique and no two are exactly identical. Product images are used for demonstration of the product, and our size dimensions are approximates. So please be mindful when ordering that the exact dimensions, shaping, colour tone and any pigmenting in the stone will vary from piece to piece, adding to the wonderful nature of each one.
Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Are the rocks for the pebble fountain separate or do they come stacked, if separate how are they made safe?
We Replied:Dear Ann Thank you for your question. For transport and delivery reasons, the feature is delivered unassembled. The bottom pebble has a heavy-duty metal pipe fixed to it, which then the rest of the separate pebbles are stacked on top of (the rest of the pebbles have a hole drilled in their centres for the pipe to go through). This makes it easier to place in your garden as the feature can be moved pebble by pebble, otherwise it would be extremely heavy to move as a whole. The central pipe also allows water to be pumped through it and out the top of the first stone to create a running water feature, if purchased with a matching pump set which can be selected from the options further down on the product page. Our stacking stones get covered in dark green algae very quickly. What is the best way to clean them and how can I prevent this? Also, how often would you expect to have to fill the reservoir?
We Replied:Dear Barbara Thank you for your question. We would suggest a combination of treatment and light brushing to combat the algae. Please follow this link to our algae treatment tablets: https://www.gardensite.co.uk/aquatics/intercel-featurekit-16-tablets.htm If these are used alongside light brushing of the rock, it should clear the algae. In terms of refilling the sump, this usually needs to be done every 3-5 days but can vary between features if there is wind or splashing.
