I have fitted new filter sponges and made sure my filter is level but it is still overflowing what can I do?We Replied:
Dear Brian Thank you for your question. As the foams are new they are not as porous as the old ones and means water can not pass through as quickly as the older foams. We would suggest squeezing the foams in the pond and soaking them for an hour or too then retry. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701.
