I am building a seating area and wish to operate water features either end with one pump. I'm using a plastic dustbin as the reservoir for the water: one feature will be immediately above with water being pumped through an old trombone; the second feature will be 4 metres away with water cascading down rocks into a drain area to flow back to the dustbin. I'm looking for a dual action pump but can't seem to find any help from your pump specifications. Are you able to recommend a pump system for the task?We Replied:
Dear Bob Thank you for your question. Without knowing the overall dimensions of both features and the size of reservoir it is hard to suggest a pump. If you email the dimensions and a copy of this question to email@example.com we would be happy to advise you. Should you wish to contact us further or to place an order, please call us on 0121 355 7701. Thank you for using our online Q&A system. Kind regards Dan EvertonWednesday 27th, April, 2016
I have had a Bermuda 3000 for about 4 years but it has stopped working. Do you think that a new impeller is required as there is a lot of movement? We Replied:

My Bermuda waterfall pump has failed after about 10 years. I threw it away without thinking about the model to replace it. The height is 2ft, but the water is first passed through a filter, the weir is 6 inches. Will this 3000 be an adequate replacement? We Replied:
Dear Brian Thank you for your question. These pumps are designed to run in self contained fountains, where they will not have to deal with much debris. If you need to pass water to a filter, it is recommended that you look at a solid handling pump. As a starting point, you could look at the Hozelock Aquaforce 2500.
