Description
Buy the Greater Reedmace from GardenSite, valued for its attractive seed heads, if you have a large expanse of water in which it can spread quickly.
This vigorous and fast spreading common variety is taller and more invasive than any other bulrush with the same qualities including the instantly recognizable cigar coloured and shaped seed head. More suitable for a lake rather than a pond.

Care Instructions:
Attractive seed heads may be left all winter if desired but best cleared if they fall into the water. Cut back foliage before spring growth starts.
