Description
The Halls Magnum 8ft wide by 12ft deep greenhouse offers high internal headroom, ideal for taller growers, along with a wide growing interior and double door entry for easy access.
Magnum greenhouses from Halls are renowned for space and strength and this 8x12 model is no different. An excellent sized greenhouse for most keen gardeners. An aluminium frame is strengthened by cast iron joints and gardeners, whatever their experience or preferences, all gardeners will make the most of the enviable amount of space.
Easy access is by double smooth action sliding doors and an ideal growing environment is created by no less than four opening roof vents and integral guttering along the roof area, which easily connects to an optional downpipe kit in order to direct rainwater into a suitable water butt or container.
Whatever you want to grow, this greenhouse will offer enough space to match your growing ambition.

Long pane 3mm toughened glass is a lot stronger, and more durable than standard horticultural glass. In the rare event of it shattering, it breaks into safer smaller pieces. It is also neater and needs less maintenance as no overlapping glass means there is no algae build up and no Z clips to fit.

Polycarbonate is a virtually unbreakable material, better described as being a highly durable, 6mm thick twin-wall, opaque coloured plastic glaze rather than actual glass. This makes it the safest material where children and pets are concerned and the simplest type to install due to the large yet lighter panes. It also refracts the light very well.

All greenhouses need to be fitted onto a secure base. This can be achieved by using an official Halls branded metal base plinth to give the greenhouse added strength and height. Alternatively you can build a brick base to fit your greenhouse size if you prefer.

with Greenhouse Installation
We can arrange to have your Halls Greenhouse, plus any other Halls accessories you purchase together.
Available to domestic addresses only (no allotments) within mainland England. But excludes Wales, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands. Installation is normally completed within 6 - 12 weeks after the delivery of your greenhouse.
Note: A base plinth MUST be purchased above for installation services to be valid. The installers will not complete the installation without a matching base plinth. Please find our Halls Installation Terms and Preparation Checklist here.

Delivery Timeframes & Charges
Delivery is normally within 20 working days (4 weeks) to mainland England and Wales areas.
Delivery is normally within 30 working days (6 weeks) to Scotland and Offshore Isles/Islands.
Delivery is normally within 40 working days (8 weeks) to Northern Ireland due to the extra distance and carriage logistics.
Delivery charges can be found under the “Delivery Services” options above. Unfortunately, delivery to; Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland will incur a higher delivery charge due to the additional logistics of sending a greenhouse, and the extra distance required by the delivery carrier.
Unfortunately, we can't ship this product range to the Republic of Ireland.
For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Services
Installation services may be available on some greenhouse products and is limited to domestic addresses only (no allotments) within mainland England and Wales, but excludes Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Offshore Islands. Installation is normally completed within 6 - 12 weeks after the successful delivery of your greenhouse. The greenhouse will need to be stored in a safe and dry location during the interim period. Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 15 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable. Goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Great Value for Money
Searched the internet for best buy and best quality, read reviews and decided on this greenhouse. Customer service is very good and delivery driver very helpful and rang before delivery. Quality of greenhouse is great, very sturdy with spacious headroom. Took ages to erect though. Majority of items were clearly labelled but not all, and some were hard to identify. The instructions are rubbish, put it together and took apart lots of times as put some parts on the wrong way round or missed out screws because diagrams/instructions weren't clear or non existent. Hooray for the internet, found a couple of websites that helped and youtube. Overall very happy with greenhouse and would recommend it.

Liked the look of this greenhouse, not least the price which I thought very competitive. The extras are well worth considering, the louvre is good at increasing air circulation and I've found the staging essential. Glad I bought this one.

Lots of Working Area
This Halls greenhouse gives you lots of working area for your money and that's why I bought it. The double doors make access in and out of the greenhouse so much easier - I don't think I would recommend a single door greenhouse now I've got double doors. I also ordered some staging and an automatic vent which means one of the windows opens and closes itself as the temperature rises and falls again. Make sure you sue gloves when putting it up, especially with the glass, which is obvious really. The basic frame is very simple to install, the most difficult thing is identifying which piece is which, but a lot of them are the same to be fair. Looks good when finished and with some plants inside.
