Description
This Anthracite Grey 6' wide by 10' deep Palram Skylight Shed offers easy access through its double doors and plenty of space to store those gardening and household essentials.
With an aluminium frame that's reinforced with galvanized steel components, this is a strong and sturdy structure. Polycarbonate is used to craft the side panels, a strong and durable material, one of the strongest used in sheds that are currently available today. Palram Canopia claim it is 'virtually unbreakable' due to its force resistance, anti-rot and anti-rust properties.
The roof is able to withstand harsh weather conditions such as hail and UV rays, and during the day the unique panelling is capable of letting the sunlight shine through converting it into a soft natural light inside.
An anti-slip floor lets you easily move items in and out of the shed, especially safe if you have muddy or wet feet. While Palram Canopia's slide and lock panel system cuts down on installation time by offering a simple and convenient construction method, and all instructions are easy to follow.

Delivery Period

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Good value for size of shed
Very pleased with the finished shed, looks good, and is a very fair size. Assembled 95% of it myself, just needed a hand to steady the first couple of panels, and when the small front panels go in, needs to be a fairly calm day. Have duck taped the floor panel seams, as they are a plastic sheet, and a possible tripping hazard. Needs to be bolted to the ground as soon as possible, I used self cutting concrete bolts, and that tends to firm the whole structure further. Very happy with the final result, and looks good.

Fantastic value water tight shed
So pleased that we bought this shed, it was easy to construct despite there being lots of pieces. The shed is perfect for what we need and water tight. I have recommended this shed to so many people already as it is so good.

Delivered and Self-Installed: Excellent
Palram 6’x10’ Shed arrived was delivered to the back garden by delivery driver. Excellent I put most of it up myself on a relatively calm day with slight breeze. Took my about 5hrs including fixing into concrete base. Really helps if you have a small step ladder and a small torque reach for the bolts. Definitely need two people as the structure is a bit flimsy until you get all four walls up and needs someone hold last wall in place across doors Good system of assembly and instructions. It would be good to include an open notch in the u/s of the ridge beam to be able to slide in the long bolt for the mid span support. As you have to do it in sequence. For the fixing brackets which go into the slab/deck it would be useful if the instructions showed the diameter of the hole in the bracket to inform you of what size fixings to purchase. If you are buying a whole tube of silicone for the ridge beam, a good tip is to use the rest of it to seal the edges of the floor panels together. Also good to include the diameter of the hasp on the instructions, I bought a padlock which was too big (but have since changed it). If I needed another shed, I would buy another one of these.

Excellent Service
I purchased the 10ft X 6ft. Parlam shed. Following the instructions it took approx. 4 hours to assemble. Very fast delivery and £100 less than any other company I looked at. The delivery driver even carried the boxes to the rear of my property. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Happy with the finished product
After a considerable amount of research I chose the Palram 10 x 6 skylight shed and, despite a couple of hiccups, am very happy with it. The website gave plenty of detail on the product and the ordering process was simple. One small issue I had is that the delivery comes in 2 boxes - one came on a Tuesday and the other the following Monday which isn't ideal if you want to put it up that weekend. All the parts and panels were there and in good order with the exception of 2 aluminium strips which had corners bent, but this was easily sorted with pliers and no lasting impact. Points worth noting when you are assembling: - make sure the surface you are stationing the shed on is level and flat (no bumps) as this will show through the floor - you can't really move the shed once assembled, so make sure your slab it will be sitting on allows you access to the sides (you need this to slide in the roof panels). I made the mistake of siting it too close to the fence and had to manhandle it around, probably not good for it. - the floor is a bit flimsy and I ended up gorilla-taping the pieces together to prevent them from being a trip hazard (not a big deal). - Make sure you use caulk or silicon to seal between the roof apex aluminium pieces otherwise you may get water ingress. - You will need to use a drill to attach the brackets to the door panels (4mm drill bit) - The middle roof apex section aluminium strip had a missing hole which I needed to drill using a 7mm bit - I quadruple checked and I definitely used the right part in the right orientation. Again, not a big issue but caused some confusion at the time! - Make sure you refer to YouTube BEFORE you build - it saves you so much time in understanding the basic principles of assembly. It is definitely a 2 person job for around 20% of the build, I managed to do the rest on my own. Downside - it's a shame you are charged extra for shelves (around £25-28 a pop) - would be nice if the manufacturer had included at least one. Overall it's a very good product and looks like it will last a good few years.

Good quality, just what I wanted
Once you get into the swing of things this sturdy little shed is fairly easy to put together, and looks good as well, perfect for storing stuff cluttering the house but i want to keep in good condition i.e away from damp, delivery was ok. Some online purchases can be a bit dodgy but I'd recommend the product and retailer,
