philippa table and bench set
Product was a last drop so late but delivered on the day given. No issues with the company supplying. Easy to construct good instructions given a ratchet driver bit included for the screws. good solid and heavy. Long and short benches do not slide under the table so be aware to have plenty of room on the patio. if you choose to store under covers for the winter as we do, place the long benches on top of each other and slide the small benches under table then covers on top very neat and tidy. we are really pleased with the quality and look great for big family meals outside. highly recommended.

Robust and smart

Great Patio/Garden Set
We had been looking around for a table/bench combo for sometime to accommodate a growing family. The Phillipa set matched our requirements exactly. It is very sturdy in its material and construction and sits eight quite comfortably (the seats are large enough for two juniors or three per bench). It was delivered to schedule on a palette and although we had to transport the various components to the patio prior to construction, individual pieces are not too heavy. Construction took a few hours but all the pieces, screws, etc. were clearly identifiable from a set of individual instructions for table, chairs and benches. Single person assembly is possible but two makes life much easier; I would suggest a power drill is essential - the manufacturer includes a star bit in the screw pack. When assembled it is a substantial piece of furniture and unlike our previous patio set, it will shrug off an occasional collision by enthusiastic children, dogs, etc. The quality is reflected in the price but with a 10 year guarantee, we look forward to the Phillpa Set providing us with many years good service. Overall a very good piece of garden furniture.
