Description

The Felsted 5 Foot Bench by Barlow Tyrie has a traditional design with smooth shaped arms, angled back and contoured seat slats.

Made to seat up to three guests at a time, this bench can either be set in your garden facing a feature or in a sunny spot to catch the sun all day long. Alternatively it can be matched up with a teak table to create a relaxing informal dining set.

Crafted with teak hardwood which is beautiful to look at with it's natural colour and grains but also strong and durable for indoor or outdoor use.

Delivered to your property fully built so that there is no need to worry about assembling these garden furniture pieces yourself.

Delivery of standard in-stock products will typically be made within 7 - 10 working days.
Products that require bespoke upholstery from your chosen fabric option, cushions in a bespoke upholstery colour option and furniture covers may take an extended delivery timeframe from 6 - 8 weeks as these are made to order.
We are happy to advise delivery timeframes for bespoke fabric options on a case-by-case, simply contact us for a more accurate lead time with details of the product(s) and upholstery/cushion colour that you require.

Bespoke Product Procedure
Some products in this range, including but not limited too those with upholstery colour options on furniture, cushion colour options, engravings and inscriptions are made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore are exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges. Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply. 

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Great customer service

Firstly, I want to congratulate you on the great customer service and the exemplary product that you supplied. We purchased a Barlow Tyrie Felsted 5ft Bench which we had carved on the back with the name of one of our former Fellows of the College who died and for whom we wanted to create a lasting memorial and the result that you supplied was amazing and the widow of the Fellow in question was absolutely blown away with the quality, so I just wanted to pass that onto yourselves.

Would it be possible to construct this bench with stainless steel screws as it will be located on a beach very near the sea ?

We Replied:

Dear Douglas Thank you for your question. All screws used on this product are stainless steel with the exception of 4 screws used to secure the dummy bearers which are brass.
