Description
The Duramax 4ft x 8ft lean-to sidemate shed is American designed and Dubai manufactured to an extremely high standard, contemporary in appearance, it features neutral colours to blend naturally into your garden.
High quality PVC vinyl is used to clad a sturdy steel frame and supports to create a highly durable structure which is classified as 'self-extinguishing'. Weatherproof and resistant to rust and rot, the shed does not require the application of paint. sealants or preservatives.
Assembly is simple with pre-cut and numbered parts. All fittings and fixtures are included in the package and the instruction manual is illustrated and has easy to follow instructions. Installation is therefore safe and clean and will be relatively quick.
A single door can be fitted at either end of this practical lean-to shed that has many uses and carries a manufacturer's 10-year guarantee.
Inclusive Foundation Kit
A galvanised steel foundation kit is included with this shed, providing the perfect base. They're easy to assemble before you construct the shed and allow you to either flood out the interior with concrete for a smooth, hard-standing floor inside, or top with timber sheets to create a wooden floor (not included). For maximum condensation reduction, a strong plastic sheet should be placed below the whole base area, underneath the foundation kit to help prevent natural rising damp from the ground.

Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 10 - 15 working days (2 - 3 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.
Installation Service
Our installation service is applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Good value product.
Easy assembly, I put it up myself and I'm 80. But that was on a still day - no wind. Don't forget to bolt it down! We had some high winds which moved it overnight before I'd secured it, and it still feels a bit flexible, despite being well anchored. Weedy plastic bits where the lock fits don't exactly inspire confidence as to security.

New Shed purchase
Needing a new garden shed, and spending a bit of time seeing what was available, I settled on the saffron 8x4 vinyl. The delivery was efficient, a phone call to book a suitable time slot. I had already made myself a solid concrete base to put it on . The instructions were very comprehensive, all the parts labelled well. Actually building the shed was quite fiddly at times, small screws and lots of them, and I agree that it’s definitely a 2 person job,I’m in the building trade and it still it took around 5 hours from start to finish. I’m happy with the quality of the shed on the whole, I feel that there could’ve been something more substantial to lock it as it’s only toughened plastic but apart from that it seems like a good purchase. The price was a bit more than I wanted to spend on a shed but the fact that it shouldn’t need any maintenance made my mind up. First impressions are good, hopefully it will stand the test of time.

Went together easily, very comprehensive instructions
I've just built this shed and with the help of a few wooden props, although not recommended by the manufacturer, I managed to completely assemble it myself. I was very pleased with the ease of assembly and amazed how well everything lined up, much better than many other self-build items I have had in the past. The instructions are very comprehensive, it comes with two 50 page booklets, one for each door orientation (left or right side) and every single component part (of which there are many!) had an identification label. Even the corner of the long metal component parts were protected with sticky tape. It does need to be firmly attached to a suitable base and seems a bit wobbly during construction but once finished, it is surprisingly rigid. Overall I am very pleased with the shed, my only negative point would be that it is a little expensive but given the quality of the kit and comprehensive instructions, it is acceptable. I shall be buying another one to sit alongside the first.
