The pre-painted galvanised steel sheet used in the walls, roof and doors on the range has a base metal thickness of 0.25mm. Internally the strong framing is made from galvanised steel with a zinc coating of 275g / square meter

  • Zinc coating of 180g / square metre for the cladding with 1 coat epoxy primer and 1 coat modified polyester giving a tough external finish which will last for years and only require occasional washing. 
  • Internally the panels are painted the same high standard but in a light grey finish
  • Internally the strong framing is made from galvanised steel with a zinc coating of 275g / square meter

To provide a quick and easy method of creating a base for your metal shed we offer a base foundation kit. In order to create this base first level the area. Lay a Damp Proof Membrane onto the ground. A Damp Proof membrane will ensure you do not have any condensation problems within your metal shed. The shed is then built and placed on the assembled foundation frame which is made from heavy duty "U" channel framing. Once complete the internal foundation frame is flooded with concrete. Once set this provides a solid, damp free base.
