The Nison Aquila Range uses Nison's Patented 'Insert' Assembly System, which has been designed to reduce the assembly time by 40% compared to other greenhouses, as well as to offer a more rigid and stable structure for greenhouses at this price level. The silver aluminium (natural) frames are assembled using a 'Slot and Slide' system whereby the fixings are slotted freely through the centre of the frames allowing for easier movement of the components whilst assembling. Once the frames are in place and the fixings are tightened, the structure becomes solid, rigid and square allowing for simple insertion of the polycarbonate glazing.

The polycarbonate glazing panels are inseted into the frame runners and are held securely and firmly in place. This structure method substantially reduces potential draughts and the build up of algae or moisture within the building.This is a much stronger and secure structural design than conventional 'W' clips as used on many other models  within the market and overall gives a modern, but still traditional and aesthetically pleasing look.
