This nationwide service is conducted by our skilled Forest installation teams at an agreed time which is convenient for you. Please note that this service is assembly only. It does NOT include laying bases or disassembling existing buildings. Home delivery and assembly is excluded in the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW PA, PH, PO, TR and ZE. Installation will not happen on the day of delivery, a separate date for installation will be arranged.

We offer fast and free delivery within mainland UK on our Forest products.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 3 - 5 working days for the majority of mainland UK locations (exclusions apply - see below for details).
For the majority of mainland UK locations, Forest products are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer. In this instance you will receive a message by phone or email with details to manually book in a chosen delivery date.
For limited areas of south east England, limited areas of the south west England, and Scotland, Forest products are delivered by a third party carrier. In this instance, the carrier will contact you directly to book a delivery date once your order is ready at their delivery centre.
- Deliveries to the below postcode areas can take up to 7 working days extra, on top of the advertised lead-time:

Installation
If you have purchased an installation service with us, available on selected Forest branded sheds, structures and buildings then this is completed after successful delivery of the product and is generally completed within 1 - 2 weeks following. After successful delivery, you will be contacted directly by the installers to book in an installation date. Please ensure that you have checked the delivery for all components and keep in a safe, dry place until the installation occurs.
Unfortunately, installation is not available to the following postcodes: BT1-BT99, GY1-GY9, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IV41-IV56, JE1-JE5, KA27-KA28, KW15-KW17, PO30-PO41, PO49, TR21-TR25.
Vehicles We Use
For the majority of cases, items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places. Typically they are a 7.5-ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be maneuvered on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the maneuvering of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Great summerhouse once you manage to get it up
I'm not usually one to be negative in feedback but there are some things you should know when purchasing this product. Once it's up it is lovely, it's just the putting it together that's tricky. We had a friend who is a carpenter help us and thank goodness he was here. I will list the difficulties as had it been my husband and I alone I am sure we would have despaired. 1. The instructions are not the clearest which makes it hard but then all flat pack instructions are not easy 2. When it comes to the felt it says to cut it into 3 equal pieces. When you do this there is not enough to fit over the roof so patching up is needed. Why doesn't it tell you to cut them in different lengths as the piece for the back of the summerhouse is much smaller than the middle and the front. 3. One of the Perspex sheets for the Window was too big and needed a few millimetres taken off, no way was it going in without brute force and causing the arcatraving to shift. Some of the beading for the Windows was too big and needed cutting down as again it would have needed such force and would cause damage. We are very aware that some Spring was needed for a tight fit but this was extreme. 4. Once we had tackled the other issues we then had problems with the doors and had to do some cutting back on those to get them to fit. Had I not of had a carpenter who was ensuring everything was square, I would have thought we had put it together incorrectly but I knew it had been put together well. Once it was built I have to say it is beautiful and am very happy with it but it took the whole day with a man with the correct tools. Had it not been for him I would have had my head in my hands in despair.

Lovely when the sun shines
Bought this summerhouse just in time for the recent hot spell, it was lovely to sit inside reading and probably nodding off. Well built and excellent value.

What are the external and internal measurements of the Blockley and Honeybourne summerhouses by Forest, is it possible to obtain a plan view of them? I also need to know if the construction is flexible to allow the door / window openings to be erected facing any direction? How is the product supplied - I need to manoeuvre all the parts through my house to the back garden so need to know the size of the largest piece.

Can you advise if it's possible to have this summerhouse installed with uprated bearers and if the t&g floor is strong enough to support a hot tub? Is there an option to have rubber roof instead of felt?
We Replied:Dear Andrew Thank you for your question. The summerhouse is only manufactured to this particular specification and cannot be upgraded to more substantial battens or bearers or an alternative roof option. Due to the steam that would come from a hot tub, we would not recommend our timber based products as the added moisture in the air would or could cause bowing and warping and the weight of the filled hot tub would not be supported by the floor bearers.
