Access for delivery vehicles must be good and two able bodied people must be made available to assist the driver. For models to be assembled by Hillhout a suitable base must be pre-prepared by you.Failure to comply with any of  these terms may result in additional charges.

All orders are acknowledged with a receipt of purchase and you will be contacted prior to delivery. These items are supplied direct to you from the manufacturer.
Most stock is held in Holland. Delivery will normally be made within 21-28
working days from receipt of your order.
Assembled models may take a little longer due to availabilty slots.
Please contact us now if delivery time is critical as lead times can vary on individual units on a daily basis.

Any problems relating to the product must be reported within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any claim being made must be supported by your receipt of purchase.
