Very impressed with delivery & product

Excellent delivery, arrived on the day it was due, the product was much sturdier than was expecting with all the correct fixings and parts. Took two people about 4 hours to put together and looks great. Just make sure you build it where it will staying as it is solid and quite heavy.

2M corner Arbour

Installation went well. A day and a half on my own. Plastic ties on roof certainly help. Instructions very small & I think the screw size mix sent is not quite the same as the instructions say. Looks good. I am very pleased with it. All I need now is a BIT of Sunshine & no rain!!!!!!!!! Mike

Excellent! Much sturdier than it looks

Delivery was on time. The item arrived in a crate which the delivery driver unpacked on board then with my neighbour and dad we formed a human chain delivering to the back garden. Bear in mind if you live alone! The build instructions were adequate but very small and difficult to read. They are available online so I printed onto A3 which helped. It took two full days to build and was fiddly in parts. Another reviewer mentioned cable ties and these were invaluable for the roof. They are only cheap so I think the manufacture should consider adding to the pack. I'd have liked the instructions to give measurements when building the roof so it was clearer which way round the triangles joined. We wasted a couple of hours by linking sides which were 10cm too long. It took a lot of effort to build but is well worth it. The structure is very sturdy and comfortable. It provides great screening at the bottom of the garden and looks attractive

Delivery not good

Unfortunately the delivery was not good. The item was delivered by a 3rd party company who just dumped the items and left. Did not come with instructions and took a while for the instructions to be sent through as they kept getting the email address wrong.

It is true your order was delivered by a third party carrier however this should not impact the level of service we provide and we have reported your comments to them. Delivery is normally to the front of the property but should not be "dumped". Looks good when finished.

You certainly need to fully read the instructions a couple of times before starting to build, as the instructions layout isn't very logical at times and you have to keep turning the page to see the picture that the text refers to. Also the printing is very small and it's not always easy to see which screws you should be using. Some of the staples for the trellis didn't attach the slats to the sides, but overall the construction seems sound. I don't like having to put screws through the middle of the trellis sides as it's almost impossible to access a good spot, and impossible to use any form of powered drill, so a tedious job putting screws in by hand.

GOOD LOOKING: SOLID CONSTRUCTION

Much more solid than we expected. Now installed it looks great and ,even though it has trellis top and sides it noticably cuts down the wind. Pros. 1 the stirdy construction 2 the use of good qualiry timber 3 the use of the seats to keep the structure rigid, 4 the rake of the back of the seats to imrove comfort, 5 the overlap of the roof which neatly hides the wall/roof junction. Advice to those putting the gazebo up. 1 Tolerances are small so i often used a set square and of course the recommended spirit level 2 I used long white cable ties to tighten the roof panels together. This gave a much better finish than tyong them together. I decided to leave the ties in place because they are barely noticeable. 3 I used a fence finial on the roof to finish it off. It looks great but was tricky to do 4 Erect the gazebo in the position you want it. You wont be able to move it once it is has been erected 5 The instructions are good and easy to read. Sometimed however, there is a discrepancy between the drawing and the text. The text is usually rcorrect 6 Definately needs two people to erect the gazebo
