Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5 - 7 working days. Please allow a few more days for parts of Scotland, and note that delivery times may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery. Assistance with unloading may be required.

Rustic arbour

We are pleased with the end result although we found it quite difficult to assemble. Some of the screw points lined up with some of the bolts and we had to reposition holes. Now the arbour is complete and in position we are pleased with it.

Excellent! Just the ticket!

This was exactly what I wanted and exactly what I got. Staff have been very helpful and delivery just as promised. Not as easy for myself and my daughter to assemble but perhaps we were being a bit girly. My son-in-law called round with his trusty drill and now my arbour is in situ and has brought some much needed interest to the side.of my house. Just need the roses to hurry up and cover it! Many thanks.

Rustic Garden Arbour

Delivery precisely as promised. Quality Excellent and good value for money - It has given much needed height following a garden re-design and the removal of rampant shrubs and added value to the garden overall. My wife loves it. I managed to assemble it single handed and simply mounted it on treated timber offcuts bedded into the gravel base.

Rustic Seat Garden Arbour

I bought this item some 12 months ago when I purchased a workshop and it has been left until now waiting for me to build it. Even though it is indicated that it requires 2 people to build it I had NO problems building it on my own. The instructions are very easy to follow and I am really happy with it now it has been built. The only tools necessary are a power driver, as it would prove a little difficult to screw the 100mm long screws into the frame by hand, and a tape measure. A very good unit for the price

Does this product need to be treated? I like the natural appearance and would like not to have the trouble of treating it, will it rot if I don't?

I see that this arbour is treated so as not to rot, but does that mean it's okay even if it is directly on/in soil, or should it be on a dry/solid surface? Likewise, I note you say it doesn't need to be anchored, but is it better for it to be bedded into something soft, eg soil, or is it ok to just stand it on hard surface eg paving slab?

It doesn't need to be anchored, however if you prefer it to be secured this can be done with an L bracket on slabs.
