Important Safety Information
This product should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions. It is recommended that the product is drained completely and covered during the winter with a suitable protection cover, or alternatively drained and placed inside a garden shed, storage box or stored indoors.
These water features, unless stated as being solar-powered, or unless otherwise stated are provided with a UK 3-pin standard plug. The plug section of the water feature kit is not weatherproof and so will need to either be plugged inside a socket inside the home, with the wire being fed out into the garden, or used in conjunction with an outdoor weatherproof socket or dribox.
For safety - the installation of outdoor weatherproof sockets and driboxes should be installed and tested by a qualified electrician.
Always disconnect the mains electricity supply whilst the equipment is being installed, repaired, cleaned, maintained and handled or while replacing light bulbs.

Very effective water feature
When I saw the size of pump and water well I was a little worried. But no worries it works very well. It looks good and performs as it should do. A perfect gift for any dog lover. Delivery was quick and communication from supplier was excellent.

The motor seems to have stopped on my dog water feature - what can I do?
We Replied:Dear Jacky Thank you for your question. Sometimes the problem can be an airlock or something blocking the impeller in the pump.
