These prices include VAT and standard delivery within mainland UKÂ EXCEPT Highlands and Islands which will incur a separate delivery charge. Please contact us for a quote if you are north or west of Glasgow or want delivery to Ireland.

Delivery will normally be made by a lorry of a similar size to a furniture removal lorry. If access is a problem you must notify us at the time of ordering to enable us to make alternative arrangements if possible.

Please note the some websites offer copies of Eliteframes or Elite frames coupled with their own glass, bases, powdercoating, stagings and accessories. What you are buying from us is 100%Elite from the Elite factory in Bolton. All painted frames areprotectively wrapped; all bases are aluminium and not steel; allfittings are stainless steel and only high tensile bolts are used.Please ensure you know what you are buying, and where it comes from!

Greenhouse glass, polycarbonate, bar capping and additional louvre windows can ONLY be delivered when ordered in conjunction with a greenhouse frame. Any Elite building OVER 20ft long will need an Internal Partition for support and this is inclusive. As a bespoke product we can supply any colour frame. Please advise the RAL code for the colour required and whether you require matt or gloss. We will then quote you. Delivery of RAL specified units will be 12 weeks.

All orders are acknowledged with a receipt of purchase and you will be contacted prior to delivery.

Delivery will normally be made within 28 working days from receipt of your order. Non standardÂ andÂ colouredÂ framedÂ buildings will take longer.

Any problems relating to the product must be reported within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
Any claim being made must be supported by your receipt of purchase.
