The pagoda's origins can be traced back to the 3rd century BC, emerging as a distinctive style throughout east Asia and particularly associated with Buddhism and used to house religious relics.

Fast Free Delivery within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.

Delivery to Scotland is inclusive up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. Scottish Highlands (highlands as deemed by the carrier) will incur a separate delivery charge - See full delivery options on the product page.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or any other offshore island.

Delivery Period
All Borderstone products are made to order right here in the UK, on an order-by-order basis.

We aim to dispatch within 5 - 10 Working Days
Larger items including statues may take slightly longer as they are made to order. Timeframes may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online.

Any cancellation of an order after your item has been crafted may incur in cancellation charges.

Vehicles We Use
Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry which is about the size of a dustbin lorry, this will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.

Unloading Of Your Delivery
Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location as a "curb-side delivery" service. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Once the delivery has been unloaded from off the driver's van, the customer has 10 minutes in order to unwrap and check the delivery contents for any damages before signing for and accepting a successful delivery. Any damages should be reported to the driver within this time frame, as once the driver has left, any claims for damages may not be successful.

Excellent service and product!

I am so impressed with the service and the product. The lantern is designed beautifully and I like the stone colour it looks like vintage. The customer staff helped me to arrange a quicker delivery, so I received it earlier. The delivery guy was helpful, texted me the estimated delivery time and called me twice to make sure it was delivered to a right place of my doorstep. The lantern is very heavy especially the bottom base part. My husband helped me to roll it up and down carefully to the place where we want to displace it on the garden. Overall all very happy with it! Also price is affordable and nice design.

Zen garden

We are delighted with this lantern as it reminds us of our time in Japan staying at a monastery.We wanted it to complete our Zen garden and it has done so authentically with its reflection in the pond & nicely illuminated with candle.

Nice focal point

A really nice conversation piece, well made and yet not dominant, it just blends in and compliments the surroundings.For what it is, it's good value but a shame the web image was incorrect showing it to be much darker, almost black so it was initially disappointing at first but now in situation we are pleased.
