My Sophia fountain has stopped working. The pump seems fine, so how can unblock the fountain ? I have tried to buy a replacement without success.

Unfortunately Bermuda have gone out of business, this is why they are no longer available, Try unblocking the pipes with a long flexible pipe cleaner. if this does not work then regrettably i would say the internal pipe has split.
