Popularly referred to as 'plumber's tape', PTFE Thread Sealing Tape is just what you need to stop slow leaks which can occur on your pond filter or any other plumbing.
Made from polytetrafluoroethylene, the tape is applied onto pipework thread to create a very effective seal that prevents water from escaping.
Supplied on a handy to use 10 metre reel, the tape is 12mm wide, we advise wrapping it around the thread three times before screwing into place.

A roll of PTFE tape - nuff said ! However, it is about the cheapest item on the site so if like me your order is very close to the £40 free postage qualifier (mine was £39.99 - bit sneaky to then say I didnt qualify for free delivery), then a roll of this tape is always handy !
