Description
The Oase Bitron is a self-cleaning UVC clarifier which will eradicate green water suspended algae from your pond.
An added bonus is that it will also reduce harmful bacteria and pathogens from your pond too.
The integral cleaning rotor will keep your Bitron unit clean, keeping the quartz sleeve clear so that the ultra-violet can penetrate the water for maximum results.
Integrated magnets also prevent limescale which means your quartz sleeve and unit is going to outlast many other brands.
The inspection window allows for checking on your UV lamp at any time and is completely safe.
Easy bulb replacement through the quick release button which has a safety swtich built in to prevent damage to eyes. The UV lamp switches off when removed from the unit.

I have a Bitron 25 attached to an Oase 10 Biotech filter. I have tried a new lamp but I think the ballast unit has gone and I don't think I can replace it as it appears to be discontinued. Will this 24 UVC unit fit as a replacement on the filter?
