Description

This box filter will allow your pond water to pass by it’s UV clarifier, foams and filter media which will lead to a crystal clear, healthy pond which you can enjoy.

For ponds up to 10000 litres / 2222 gallons without fish and 5000 litres / 1111 gallons with fish.

There are two outlet’s on this filter which allows for a better flow rate than the smaller sizes and it also has a sludge drain which can be used during routine maintenance.

Hozelock 10000 Filter Box

Arrived very quickly, and works well. I replaced a smaller Hozelock unit that was probably too small for my pond. The water's clearing nicely after a couple of weeks.

Ecopower 10000+Filter

I have found this Filter great I only have a smallish pond but my son bought me a new 6.000 ltr pump for Christmas which was far to strong for the 1000 ltr filter i had and just lifted the lid strait off. I purchased the EcoPower 10000 along with a 32mm piping and a flow reducer and it works a treat and one good thing it lifts the lid if it needs the sponge or filter box cleaning it sounded expensive at £119.00 but i am Realy pleased with it would Recomend the filter and the Garden site for their fast delivery and trouble free ordering, This is the second item I have purchased from them with no problems at all

Will an Aquaforce 8000 be okay with this filter?

Dear Bob Thank you for your question. The maximum flow rate on this filter is 4,500 litres per hour and the Aquaforce 8000 will output 8,000 litres per hour. This will overflow the box so we advise you divert some of the water around the filter or use a smaller pump to be safe.
